“Gardenijos Žiedai" strives to provide the best customer service. We understand and appreciate web shoppers concern about the safety, quality and order delivery. In order to provide the highest quality service, we have developed this shipping policy:

• All orders are processed the same day.
• Each bouquet is made to order. Bouquet may differ in terms of flowers (due to a season) and form, thus it may look different from the one in a picture However it will always match the price.
• Orders are executed only upon receipt of payment.
• Paid orders are delivered on the day chosen during the checkout.
• We are not responsible for late delivery or non-delivery if the address was incomplete, incorrect or there was no phone number provided of the recipient.
• Each delivery order is further coordinated with the recipient by telephone. Therefore, the order execution time and place may be different from that specified in the order.
• Failing any way to deliver the order, the customer charges for flowers and delivery fees are not refundable.
• If the recipient refuses to accept flowers payment is non-refundable to the customer.
• The recipient may not require a change of the ordered goods for money or other goods.
• Claims from the recipient on quality are accepted only at the time of delivery.
• We reserve the right, especially for Valentine's Day, Woman's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day deliver the order according to our capabilities, previously coordinated delivery time with the recipient over the phone.
